② Phase 2-R&D Strategic Direction:
- Providing strategies to maximize R&D efficiency—such as preventing redundant investment and optimizing existing technology performance—by analyzing the patent landscapes of competitors and industry leaders.
- Delivering actionable insights to support successful entry into emerging technology sectors and global markets.
③ Phase 3-IP Creation Strategy:
- Proposing strategies for new patent generation to protect proprietary R&D outcomes and pre-emptively secure white-space technologies.
- Developing high-utility reinforcement strategies to enhance the valuation and legal enforceability of existing patent portfolios.
